November Fishing Report WNC, TN, & GA

Fall fishing is in full swing! WNC delayed harvest waters are producing some beautiful fish. TN float and wade trips on the Watauga and South Holston are producing great fish and the GA private waters are on fire. Get out there and enjoy the season!

Our guides are helping clients get some fish of a lifetime to the net and having a blast while doing it! As always, they strive to create a fun environment for education while making memories that will last a lifetime. They are rigging with light tippet and small flies in low clear water situations. Soft hackles and midges are doing well across the board. Top water action has been on stimulators, black caddis, some BWO and a few sulphurs still. The streamer fishing has also been productive. Black was the magic color for our guides last week! Our guides instruct the euro nymphing, indicator style, dry fly, and streamer fishing techniques.

We are taking reservations now for Nov, Dec, and Jan. The temps will be dropping but the fishing will still be good! The rivers are less crowded and with the proper dress and gear Winter can be a very productive time of year to catch trout. Guided fishing adventures make great Christmas gifts! If we can help you out give us a call! 828 318 4065 Keep On' Fishin' On!
