The dry fly action is back! We have hit some sporadic but thick hatches this week. It's great to see those Caddis flies bouncing across the river's surface! March and April calendar dates are steadily filling in. We have a full staff of guides ready to design a trip for you! Popular options this time of the year are wade or float trips in NC, TN floats on both Watauga and South Holston, and private water wade trips in North GA. The next free monthly fly event will be at Diatribe Brewing in West Asheville on Thursday March 28th. The first hour we will demonstrate "how to" and have practice stations set up devoted to knot tying. The last hour will be a casual hang to socialize and tie a few flies. Bring your own vise. There will be a food truck on-site!
