Fishing Report 10/17/22 GA, NC, & TN

The fishing was lights out last week in Georgia! Some of the most beautiful fish we've ever seen were brought to the net! Hot patterns were streamers, stoneflys, and Frenchies. If you want to visit Georgia for large fish book it now for Oct, Nov, or Dec. Dates are almost gone.

The water levels in NC are low. Specifically, the Tuck is low. We are still catching fish on the river with clients but are praying for rain. Evidently the "lake" was lowered in anticipation of Hurricane Ian rain that never happened and now releases are irregular or not happening but I'm sure it will hopefully be back to normal soon. There are a lot of fish in the river and low water can provide great opportunities for sight fishing. WNC wade fishing trips are producing great fish and numbers! We are still running trips in TN though releases on the Soho and Watauga were sporadic last week. It's Fall so let's be honest the fishing is awesome! Get out there and enjoy it! Give us a holler if we can help. 828 318 4065
